i would like to report zinaida felopova ID 1153154463. this woman scammed me of 4500us$ in november 2005. she is not a doctor, but is from chebuksary in russia. i have all the deposit receipts of money sent to her. can you please assist me to have her arrested and to lay criminal charges with the police? i also have copies of all emails acknowledging receipt of money. i will travel to russia/ukraine if neccessary to lay charges with police.
